• How do I reset my password?

  Use "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your email.

• Can I export my workout data?

  Yes — Settings → Export. CSV format. (Coming for Free tier in v1.1; currently an Elite-tier feature.)

• Why don’t I see Pro/Elite plans yet?

  We’re launching with the full Free tier first. Pro and Elite plans activate within a few weeks of launch — join the waitlist to get notified.

• What devices does Protora support?

  iOS 14+ (iPhone, iPad). Android coming in v1.2.
